  • Shipping & Delivery

    Postage or courier services are available for delivery Australia wide and associated charges will be calculated during the checkout procedure.  Charges are calculated according to the size and weight of your items, and delivery location.

    Goods are normally despatched within one business day of your payment being cleared.  Please allow an additional 3-5 days for delivery outside the Brisbane metropolitan area.  We will contact you if there are any expected delays.

    Pick up is available at our Richlands store. All Click and Collect orders must be pre-paid. Customer will be notified by email when an order has been processed and is ready to be picked up. Orders can not be picked up until the customer has recieved this email. Tawamist reserves the right to cancel and refund orders if they have not been picked up in a reasonable amount of time.

    Responsibility for goods purchased passes to the buyer at the time of sale. Insurance for goods in transit to the customer is the responsibility of the customer.

    This privacy policy sets out how Tawamist uses and protects any information that you give Tawamist  when you use this website. Tawamist  is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. Tawamist  may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes.

    Tawamist  assures that your details will be kept private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured.  We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter (you may opt out at any time) and to personalize your shopping experience with us; that's all.

    When purchasing from Tawamist com your financial details are passed through our secure server using the latest 256-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.  If you have any questions regarding our privacy policy, please contact us.

  • Returns & Replacements

    All return requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods (unless faulty) are to be emailed to warranty@tawamist.com. Please include the original invoice or order number.  Please await confirmation of return request and allocation of Return Authorisation Number (RAN) before sending or bringing goods back to us. An RAN does not guarantee credit, repair, refund or replacement.  It is simply an authorization to return goods to us.

    If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, please contact us via telephone (07) 3122 4172 immediately and await further instruction.  Please retain all original packaging if possible.

    For all non-faulty returns, please state reason for return and await confirmation of return acceptance.  We reserve the right to reject or accept “change of mind” returns on a case by case basis.  We also reserve the right to issue store credit, in place of refund in such cases.  If return request is accepted you will be issued with an RAN.  Please include this number on the shipping label of the returned item/s. RAN is valid for 14 days only.  Please note:  returned goods will only be accepted if in ‘as new’ condition, in original, undamaged packaging.

    We reserve the right to refuse any returns that;

    <> are incomplete or missing parts; or
    are not returned in their original packaging
    show signs of physical damage to the product or its packaging
    do not include a valid Return Authorisation Number on the shipping label.
    have an expired Return Authorisation Number

    All costs incurred in returning non-faulty or incorrectly chosen products to us for repair, refund, replacement or credit are your responsibility.

    Software is non-refundable once opened, unless faulty, (please confirm that your hardware meets the softwares minimum requirements before ordering).

  • Ordering

    All purchases must be paid for in full prior to release of goods, unless there is a prearranged, authorised credit agreement in place.  We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal or Bank Deposit.

    In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

    Please check the specifications and compatibility of the goods being ordered to ensure they are what you require as we do not supply goods on a trial basis.

  • Prices

    All advertised prices on the Tawamist website are for online orders only and they may vary from our in store pricing. ‘Online orders’ refer to product purchases completed on the website, with the successful payment transaction via the  customer’s preferred online payment gateway. ‘Online orders’ include those delivered via the customers nominated shipping method or using the Click & Collect option.

    Prices are inclusive of GST. All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.  

  • Specials & Promotions

    Special prices are only available while stocks last. Specials cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. No rainchecks are available on any specials or promotions. Saving quoted off our regular price. RRP refers to the suppliers recommended retail price. Advertised products and prices not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. We reserve the right to limit purchases to reasonable quantities. Some offers may commence before or extend beyond the length of the promotion.
